SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING

NON NEGOTIABLE TERMS: Subscribing authorises recurring charges as described in this policy. We do not offer tailored variations. If you do not accept these terms, do not subscribe. See the TERMS OF SALE, the TERMS OF SERVICE, the PRIVACY POLICY and the COOKIE POLICY.

1. Scope

These terms apply to AURICLE subscription services offered to B2B customers through our websites or by invoice. Website use is governed by the TERMS OF SERVICE.

2. Eligibility

Subscriptions are available to legitimate businesses such as studios, jewellers and distributors with approved accounts. We may refuse, suspend or cancel a subscription at our discretion, including for risk, misuse or non payment.

3. Billing and renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed on the first day of each calendar month
• By providing a payment method, you authorise AURICLE to charge recurring fees until you cancel
• Fees are shown before you enrol and may be subject to VAT or other taxes, as explained in the TAX AND VAT POLICY

Cookies are required for account, basket and checkout functionality. We do not offer category based cookie settings. To use the Website you must accept cookies. If you do not wish to accept them, do not use the Website.

4. Payment methods

• We accept debit and credit cards
• We do not accept Amazon Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Alipay, WeChat Pay or similar services
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and current

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing info@auricle.co.uk from your registered address
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
• We do not provide refunds or credit for partial months unless required by law

6. Failed payments and suspension

• If payment fails, we may retry the card and request updated details
• If charges remain unpaid, we may suspend or cancel the subscription and all related benefits

7. Changes to plans and pricing

• We may change plan features or pricing
• Material changes will be communicated in advance by email or on site
• If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before the next billing date
• Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance

8. Subscription benefits

Benefits linked to subscription plans may include eligibility, discounts or shipping arrangements. They depend on the plan selected and may be updated, replaced or withdrawn.
Benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

9. Taxes

Charges may include VAT or other taxes based on your location and status.
You are responsible for providing accurate tax identifiers where required.

10. Communications

We may send subscription notices, invoices and service updates by email or through the Website.
You may opt out of marketing emails, but you will still receive service essential messages.

11. Misuse and termination

We may suspend or end a subscription for misuse, fraud, resale of benefits or breaches of AURICLE policies.
Termination for breach does not require us to refund previous payments.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
