Gift Cards & E-Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Issuer: These gift cards and e-gift vouchers ("Vouchers") are issued by AURICLE, with registered office at 8 Silver Walk, St Martine Square, Leicester, LE1 5EW. For any inquiries or support related to these Vouchers, please contact us at info@auricle.co.uk.

2. Purpose: AURICLE Vouchers are intended for use in-store at AURICLE locations only.

3. Denominations: The denominations of the Vouchers are displayed on the gift card product page and in store. Customers may select their preferred amount.

4. Age Restrictions: Customers must meet the legal minimum age to enter into a binding contract in the UK to purchase and use these Vouchers.

5. Purchase Method: E-gift vouchers are available for purchase online only. Psysical gift cards are available in store only.

6. Purchase Limits: The minimum purchase amount for Vouchers is £30, and the maximum purchase amount is £1000.

7. Delivery: E-gift vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser's provided email address. Physical gift cards are available for collection in store only.

8. Validity Period: Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

9. Cash Redemption: Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

10. Fees: There are no additional fees associated with purchasing or using the Vouchers.

11. Redemption Policy: Vouchers can be used for part or full payment of goods or services at AURICLE in-store locations. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers. Vouchers can only be redeemed in person at our stores. There is no option for online, phone, or email redemption.

12. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Please treat them as you would cash.

13. Transfer or Resale: Vouchers cannot be transferred or resold.

14. Refund Policy: Vouchers are non-refundable.

15. Refund and Exchange: Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

16. Payment Balance: If the cost of goods or services exceeds the amount of the Voucher, the balance must be paid in full by cash, credit, or debit card.
